Effect is the air as raw materials, the use of physical methods, which will be obtained by separation of oxygen and nitrogen. There are three industries, namely cryogenic air separation method, molecular sieve air separation method (PSA) and membrane air separation method.
Among them, PSA Nitrogen (referred PSA Nitrogen) is based on PSA technology design and manufacture of nitrogen generating equipment. Typically use two adsorption towers in parallel, the automatic control system according to the strict control of certain programmable timing extracting alternating pressure adsorption and regeneration, complete separation of nitrogen and oxygen, to obtain the desired high purity nitrogen.
